Vision Originality Technique ImpactI <3 this tasty poster!
I think the equal sign on top SHOULD be used on the poster since it's relevant and bold, but differently. I had to process the words before I got the meaning behind the 2 white-stripes. Which isn't bad - can be a thought-provoking effect if the object that does it is perhaps more extraordinary than a =.
Maybe you should experiment with the font and sizing more to further reflect your message visually? I like how ALL seems aligned with '=' so that the broad idea can be inferred as 'equality' = 'all'.
