To start off, nice color scheme, as it reflects a nice contrast. The black and white go so well hand-in-hand, yet make a very flamboyant difference. The fonts are great, especially the front side, and the erratic fashion is perfect with the quote. It adds interest and personality, making it stand out from others.
Next, the originality on this is just...well, original! I don't believe it's been used nor said before, as this is new to me, and it seems legit. Of course, I suppose I can never be too sure, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. c: So, great job being creative!
Other positives include the humor, as everyone loves a good laugh, the mismatch of the fonts, accenting the message, and making it, in a way, catchy. You seem like the person that understands that the main goal is to design an appealing shirt that someone wants to wear, which I like. I mean, some designs are great but it's just not something you want to to wear; to advocate for.
To be honest, I think that's it. I can't really find any detriments to harp about. xD All in all, great shirt and I wish you luck in the contest. I know that I'd wear this shirt! (voted) c:
